SNEAKHUNTER BOOTLAMPS have hit the marketplace. If you haven’t heard of them, you soon will.
The SneakyHunter Bootlamps are an ingenious invention. They are a bootlamp that straps onto your boots to illuminate the trail as you walk. They come with three modes of lighting:
The white light works great for walking down trails. The red light does the same, but is added to prevent spooking game when you approach your hunting spot. Elk and deer cannot see red wavelengths of light. The violet light works better than the conventional UV light for tracking blood trails. The violet blood tracking light is custom made/exclusive and uses a unique wavelength of light in the violet spectrum.
They also make a Hiking BootLamp which also has three modes. Red and green light prevents eye strain during extended periods of time and the green light is excellent for hog hunters because hogs cannot see green wavelengths of light:
The bootlamps have many applications. Sneaking into your blind, hiking up the mountain before daylight into your elk hunting spot, hiking down a trail in the dark, walking the dog, or even going outside to bring in firewood.
Entrepreneurs and outdoorsmen Jim & Annette Manroe saw the need to develop a new lighting system. When hiking in predawn to hunt, they’d hear a noise and turn their head to look and naturally their headlamp would follow and flash the elk and spook them. MSRP $69.95 sneakyhuntercom
